【Notice】关于开展bv1946伟德手机版留学生宿舍安全检查的通知
各位留学生同学：
为加强留学生公寓安全管理，按照学校安全管理有关规定，bv1946伟德手机版本科生、研究生组成联合检查组将定期开展学生宿舍安全大检查。现将本学期留学生寝室第一次检查安排通知如下：
一、检查时间：2017年10月12日下午15：00
二、检查对象：犀浦校区bv1946伟德手机版留学生宿舍
三、检查内容：
1.宿舍消防安全检查。宿舍安全用电情况，消防器材、消防通道及其他可能引起安全隐患的事项（如楼道内占道停车等）
2.检查违规电器（大功率电器）。
3.电气线路安全（插线板、电线等私拉乱接，拆卸和改装宿舍楼内的设备及供电线路）。
4．宿舍卫生检查（卫生状况不佳，影响身心健康；堆放较多杂物，存在安全隐患）。
5.检查是否存在易燃易爆危险品等。
6.检查其他安全隐患的现象或行为。

五、注意事项
为了确保同学们的人身安全和财产安全，请同学们自觉遵守学校学生宿舍住宿管理制度，在检查时主动予以配合。谢谢您的理解和大力支持！在检查中，对存在问题的宿舍，将下达整改通知书限期整改。
住宿校外的留学生同学，请根据上述检查内容进行自查，确保住所的安全卫生。

Notification on safety check in International Students' Dormitory
Dear International Students of Electrical Engineering College,
In order to strengthen safety management of international students’ dormitory, a checking union from relevant departments is going to carry out regular safety inspections according to the university rules. The arrangement of the first inspection is as follows:
Ⅰ.Check Time: 3pm, Thursday, October 12th, 2017.
Ⅱ.Check Objects：International students' dormitories of Xipu campus.
Ⅲ.Check contents：
ⅰ. Fire safety. Using electricity safely in dormitories, fire equipment, fire engine access and other hidden dangers. (eg. Parking bicycles at passageway)
ⅱ. Unqualified electric appliances (high-power electric appliance)
ⅳ. Electric circuit safety（ Connecting power strip or electric wire without permission, disassembling and modifying electric circuits, equipments in dormitory are forbidden.）
ⅴ. Sanitary examination（Poor hygiene has bad influence on students' health. Too much clutter causes dangers.）
ⅵ. Explosive, inflammable, poisonous and harmful items are forbidden.
ⅶ. Other hidden dangers.

You may receive a notification showing the problems of your dormitory and you are supposed to rectify them within stipulated time.

If you live off campus, please check your room yourselves according to the requests above and ensure the safety and sanitary of your room.
