Prof.Liu Zhigang and Associate Prof. Guo Yujun Won the Zhan Tianyou Award

On November 15th, 2024, the 17th Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Beijing. Mr. Wan Gang, President of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), and Mr. Guo Zhuxue, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China State Railway Group Corporation (CSRC), attended the conference and delivered speeches. At the conference, 3 top prizes, 41 achievement prizes, 90 youth prizes and 10 innovation team prizes of Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award were awarded, which was reported by CCTV. Prof. Liu Zhigang and Associate were awarded the Zhan Tianyou Achievement Award and Professor Guo Yujun got the Youth Award.
Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award was established since 1993 and selected every two years, aiming to recognize and reward scientific and technological personnel who have made outstanding contributions in the field of railway science and technology, and to promote scientific and technological innovation and the growth of outstanding talents.
